Questions we get asked
- Is it always a blockage?
- No. It can be a silted soakaway, a collapsed run, or ground that can't take any more water. The camera tells us which, and we say so either way.
- Can you come out while it's still flooded?
- Yes. Pumping the standing water off is usually the first thing we do when we arrive.
